Malcel is a a public limited liability company registered in Malawi for the purpose of providing Mobile Network service to the population of Malawi.

Malcel aims to be Malawi’s first Digital Network Operator with an aim of providing digital solutions to everyday problems for our customers.

Malcel is owned by several institutional investors and a company called Bedrock Holdings Limited representing founding members of Malcel all of whom are Malawians.
